"ALONG THE LOIRE"
Nantes <> Angers : 3 days/2 nights, approx.115km
JOUR 1 : start from Nantes (get there by car, train, etc.) Bike hire available
in Nantes from our partners Détours de Loire or
Anjouvéloc.
A 40km ride from Nantes > Château de la Turmelière at Liré. On
the way, stop off at Cap Sports et Nature on the
lake (plan d’eau du Chêne) in St Julien de Concelles to do some paddle boarding, windsurfing or sailing.
JOUR 2 : a 35km ride from Château de la Turmelière > Les Jardins de l’Anjou at La Pommeraye. On the way, visit the character village of St Florent le Vieil and its abbey overlooking the Loire.
JOUR 3 : a 40km ride from Les Jardins
de l’Anjou > Angers – leave rented bikes in Angers. Return to Nantes by train from Angers station or by passenger/baggage

A FIRST CYCLE TRIP WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

JOUR 1 : start from St Brévin les Pins (get there by car/train to St Nazaire then take the shuttlebus or a taxi over the bridge). Bike hire available from our partners Détours de Loire or Vélo Ty Retz.
What to see and do : the Serpent d'Océan (a huge sculpture), the Musée de la Marine
(naval museum), beaches in St Brévin.
A 25km ride from St Brévin les Pins > Le Soleil de Jade at Préfailles
JOUR 2 : A 20km ride from Préfailles > Pornic.
Visit the old harbour and the marina in
Pornic then stop for an ice cream at La Fraiseraie.
Leave rented bikes in Pornic. Return to St Nazaire by train from Pornic station or by passenger/baggage transporter

"FROM ANGERS TO ATLANTIC SEA"
Angers <> Atlantic Coast : 3 days/2 nights, approx.160km
JOUR 1 : start from Angers (get there by car/train). Bike hire available from our partners Détours de Loire or Anjouvéloc. A 90km ride from Angers > The Regional Football League Centre (Le Centre régional technique de la Ligue de Football des Pays de la Loire) at St Sébastien sur Loire (Nantes).
JOUR 2 : bike ride around Nantes past the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Tour LU (tower) then to the historic fishing
village of Trentemoult at Rezé.
A 70km ride from St Sébastien sur Loire (Nantes) > La Brise de Mer at St Michel Chef Chef on the Atlantic coast.
JOUR 3 : a relaxing day by the sea. Discover the typical fisheries of the Pays de Retz area with their traditional huts and lift
nets.
